Floyd Mayweather Blames Manny Pacquiao for the Failed Negotiations

Top Rank’s big honcho says its Floyd who does not want the fight from the very beginning.

Now, big-mouthed Floyd Mayweather Jr, is saying that it is Manny Pacquiao who is the one to blame for the failed negotiations on their March 13 fight after not accepting a compromised agreement on the sensitive issue of drug testing.

In my opinion it is Manny Pacquiao and his team who are denying the people a chance to see the biggest fight ever.  I know the people will see through their smokes screens and lies. I am ready to fight and sign the contract. Manny needs to stop making his excuses, step up and fight.

Though he is still on for the fight on March 13, he is said to have felt disgusted over the Pacquiao camps decisions and blaming him over the failed talks despite having a mediator in the person of retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein.

The truth is he just doesn’t want to take the tests.

But Top Rank is now leaving the issue with Mayweather behind and moving forwards, as it unofficially posted on its Facebook page of having instead a Pacquiao versus Joshua Clottey fight.
