"Showtime" Back on Air as CA Issued 60-day TRO
So everything goes back to normal, and what Anne Curtis said that “no one can stop them from making people happy” is affirmed at least for now by the Court of Appeals.
“May nagtext! Good news!”

CA issued a resolution dated January 15, 2009 issuing a 60- day TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against the 20-day preventive suspension issued earlier by the MTRCB on Showtime after the negative remarks made by one of their judges Rosanna Roces against Vice Ganda and on teachers.
With the TRO in place, everything goes back to normal for the popular ABS-CBN noontime program Showtime and a temporary vindication to the seemingly abuse of power by the MTRCB.
So fans are certainly so happy with their favorite program now back and will air tomorrow. But discussion with the network and MTRCB is just starting up.
