"Dis Is It" versus Showtime, Who Will Dominate the Ratings?

gma_abs-The network war is on!  Not on primetime but on the noontime slot for the two giant networks, GMA7 and ABS-CBN.

While its hitmaker “Showtime” encountered some serious problems with the suspension given by the MTRCB, GMA is not taking the issue of the ABS-CBN talent show’s stellar ratings sitting down.

GMA7 has put in a new TV show “Diz Is It” on the same time slot as a replacement to the talk show “SiS by the De Belen sisters.  It will be hosted by Bayani Agbayani, Ehra Madrigal, Sam YG aka Shivaker and Grace Lee, while celebrity judge of the talent show is Maricel Soriano.

With “Dis Is It” pitted against “Showtime” the rivalry of the two networks for audience share and ratings will be more bloody, but the former has certainly lots of things to do to outbest the latter’s stellar appeal to lots of viewers…and of course advertisers.

    dis is it? what is it? who is it?
    for sure, SHOWTIME will still rule!
    GMA7 must change all staff’s and crew, or even their bosses…
    they can’t win single fight with ABS-CBN..

    Dis is it is not anywhere near entertaining… the show is half-baked. the set is not good. the hosts are so-so… I still like my Showtime

    I was watching “Dis is it” a few minutes ago. But I couldn’t stand the dizzying camera angles and transitions and GMA’s trademark fake audience cheer. I hope they improve though

    I always watch Showtime at di ko alam me pinantapat na pala sa kanila. I tried to observe the other day pero mukhang sabog ang show. OA ang mga hosts at boring nga talaga ang gulo gulo! hehe

    yah, diz iz it is nothing!
    showtime is the best 4 meh :]

    vice ganda is one of the most cheered during his joke tym,,

    DIz iz it gumawa kau ng originality!

    ganda sa dis iz it dahil ang mga manunuod binabayaran para sumigaw.mga hosts walang kwenta ang mga punch line, lalo na itong sibaker na mabahong india na ito. At ito namang koreana bakit d niya pwedeng takpan ng bandage sa arms niya at pwede naman suot ng long sleeves o gusto talaga niya ganyan parang si erap mahilig suot ng wrist band.For me, zero sa akin ang show na ito. d pwedeng i match sa show sa ABS. kawawa. pati nga itong First Time na teleserye sa GMA, pangit ang dating sa mga bata at parang tinuruan nila ang mga batang magka ganito at puro nalang syota syota habang nasa school. Akala kasi nila patok ang ganyan, zero pa rin sa amin.

    .naku naman…tapatan daw ba ang SHOWTIME ng isang show na minadali at parang kinalamay lang ng mga walang magawa dahil sa takot at inis dahil naiwanan na sila sa ratings ng milya milya? pwede ba? To beat Showtime, GMA must realize that they need more than Diz Iz It.. Creativity, craftsmanship, and credibility, yan ang naestablish na ng Showtime and mahal na mahal na sila ng sambayanang Pilipino…

    ewwww “diz iz it” a very no originality show.. ewww even there concepts are so baduy yuckSz feeling cla masyado no bastat makasayaw lang okay na tapus there audience… parang they went there to have money lang kasi naman walang mukang mayaman lahat pulubi!! 4 sure walang ratings un mas gugustuhin ko nalang panuorin ang face to face but the best ang showtime
