Court Gives Ruffa Gutierrez Sole Custody over her Children with Yilmaz Bektas
After getting entangled with controversy with Kris Aquino on the TV show“The Buzz”, this could be one sigh of relief for sexy actress, TV host and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez.
The QC Regional Trial Court Branch 107 issued a resolution dated March 11 giving the custody of her two daughters with Yilmaz Bektas to her. Judge Jose Bautista had given Ruffa the “sole custody” of Lorin, 5, and Venice, 4. Her ex-husband on the other hand was given visitation rights.
Asked to comment about the decision of the court on The Buzz, Ruffa said,
This is not about monetary support or anything… I just want everything done legal. I think it’s only proper that we make it all formal… especially as this concerns our kids.
Yilmaz is expected to visit his daughters soon in the Philippines and plans to bring to the beach.
