Cesar Montano Son Found Dead, Committed Suicide

A tragedy for the family of Cesar Montano.

While the actor is gearing up for the official day of the start of campaign for local positions, initial reports say that Cesar Montano’s son committed suicide in their home in Quezon City.

Cesar Montano is running for governor at his home province Bohol.

Law-enforcing authorities said, that the 23-year old son of Montano Christian Angelo Manhilot shot himself using a .45 caliber pistol.  Manhilot was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital but was declared dead at around 6:40 am.

Police authorities who rushed to the scene are not yet ruling out as a suicide though circumstances point to it:

Puwede nating sabihing suicide pero we will investigate deeper para malaman kung ano ang pangyayari (We can say that it’s suicide, but we will investigate deeper to determine what really happened).

Police investigator will start a thorough look at the reported suicide incident.

Cesar Montano’s family has not yet issued any statement.

Christian Angelo Manhilot is the actor’s son to his first wife.
