Matt Evans is involved with a new scandal after a photo/picture of him circulated the web showing him kissing his girlfriend.

The Matt Evans Kissing Scandal is not the first scandal that Evans has been involved with as he was before also implicated on a circulating video scandal.

Interviewed about the kissing photos/pictures, Matt Evans admitted that indeed it was him but never confirmed or denied that the girl was his girlfriend.

The photo was purportedly captured through a mobile phone and Matt said that it circulated maybe because he lost his phone and the person who had gotten hold of it made the photos public.
