Lucy Torres-Gomez Will Work to Lower Electricity Rates in Congress

It will be remembered that the disqualification cases regarding residency issues filed against Richard Gomez prompted them to field in instead his wife Lucy Torres, a native of Ormoc.

Asked bout her priority as a lawmaker, Lucy Torres said she will work hard for the electricity rates to be reduced as the people are already so much burdened by soaring electricity rates.

The Philippines is one country in Asia with the most expensive electricity rates.

Man, I will surely be expecting that from Lucy.  If she could fulfill that goal, I will not think twice of asking her run for the presidency, LOL!

    Correction: Congressman-elect Lucy Torres is representing the lone congressional district of Ormoc City NOT Bohol.
