Twist and Shout New Musical Game Show of ABS-CBN

twistandshoutABS-CBN is rolling out new TV shows to start the second half of 2010.  And of them is “Twist and Shout”, a musical game show that will be hosted by Gary Valencia and Martin Nievera.

Twist and Shout is a singing contest with added entertainment.  Martin Nievera himself said that the new TV show is,

“a not-so stressful singing contest. It’s unique, different. Importante pa rin na nasa tono ka but there are other elements that will making singing very hard. Singing while in a pool of ice, or singing while being attacked by dogs. You have to sing two minutes straight na hindi nadi-distract. The contestants can win up to two million I think. ‘Yung audience may prize rin sila.’”

This will the first time for both hosts to work on a game show.

Twist and Shout will premiere on July 3, 2010 only at ABS-CBN.
