Paris Hilton's Lamest Excuse: I Thought the Cocaine Was Gum

paris-hiltonParis Hilton‘s most publicized arrest due to cocaine possession lead her to a series of inconsistent excuses. First, she said that the purse wasn’t hers. She must have forgotten that before saying that statement, she just got a chapstick which she applied moments before. Then, she furthered that she loaned that purse to a friend. According to Paris, her friend must have “left” the drugs in her purse. But she was quick to add that the other contents of the purse (rolling papers, Albuterol drug prescription, credit cards and $1300 cash) were hers.

“Everyone knows how against cocaine I am,” Hilton claims.

Those were Paris‘ words after also declaring that she might have been set up, and that the cocaine in her purse is planted on purpose.

Lastly, the socialite’s lamest excuse was: “I thought the cocaine was gum”. Which is contradicting to what she said to the police officers that she hadn’t even seen the cocaine, now she says she thought it was gum.

What game is Paris playing? The heiress could easily buy herself a brilliant lawyer and get away with the alleged case. But she could at least act carefully, or else she’ll be spitting lame excuses everywhere and the public would be enough of it.
