Miley Cyrus Flaunted her Chest Tattoo (Photo)
Miley Cyrus flaunted her chest tattoo Sunday during the MTV Europe Awards.
Her tattoo which is a text saying “Just Breathe” has been said is a tribute to a friend who died with cystic fibrosis.
Most recently, Miley’s mom and dad separated after the former has been said to be romantically linked to Bret Michaels.
