Heidi Montag Spends 14 Hours in the Gym

 

Wow, talk about beating yourself up to be in shape! 14 hours in the gym?

But it is true, as Heidi Montag herself revealed the secret behind her amazing transformation to being slim again after gaining weight – and it is something that did not involve an operating table; only sheer hard work and dedication to working out at the gym.

Montag said her new slim shape was all due to some serious time she spent in the gym… 14 hours daily for two months now to be exact.
She was quoted as saying, “I’ve been working out from 5 am to 7 pm for two months now. I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like so desperate to be in shape.”

“And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding, eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape,” Montag adds.

Mrs. Spencer Pratt claimed that at her heaviest she weighed 130 pounds at 5’2″ but takes to her workout program she is currently back to a svelte 103 pounds.

“I’ve been running a lot and I’ve been doing weights… When you work out, you boost your metabolism, so you have to make sure you (also) eat enough,” Montag closes.
