f(x) Krystal Impresses Olympic Gold Medalist Kim Yuna On Ice

As reported by Nate, South Korean Olympic gold medalist Kim Yuna applauded and expressed her admiration with f(x) member Krystal on her stunning performance on the July 12th episode of Kim Yuna’s ice skating show, “Kiss and Cry”.

On the said episode, Krystal Jung from a girl group named f(x),gave a hands-down circus-themed performance on ice for the third round of the competition.

To think that Krystal Jung is not an ice skater by profession, she actually managed to execute three lifts, which the judges commented to be original and difficult from the previous lifts.

She awed the audience and the judges with her stellar performance even the Olympic gold medalist Kim Yuna herself was particularly onto her routine.

“She could be called a legitimate ice dancer and I would believe it“,said Kim Yuna, who is also one of the judges of the show.

Moreover, fellow judges could not keep their awe and admiration t5o the young popstar and one judged exclaimed,“To have improved that much to perform those kind of lifts is amazing.”

Krystal’s skating partner was said to be very worried about the lifts due to the possible physical injuries that would result if they weren’t executed successfully.

Krystal herself admitted that out of her performances in the show this particular routine has been by far the most satisfactory.

“Out of all my performances, this has been the most satisfactory. The positive feedback from the judges gave me courage and I wanted to perform even better knowing that my f(x) members were attending“.

f(x) is a South Korean five-member girl group from S.M Entertainment.

Krystal is the younger sister of Girls’ Generation Jessica.

After letting out a bright laugh, Krystal also genuinely thanked her ice partner, Lee Dong Hoon, for lifting her perfectly every time.
