Wendy Williams: Wendy Williams Gets Eliminated from ‘Dancing With The Stars’

Another dancing team was booted out from Tuesday night’s “Dancing With The Stars.”

Wendy Williams and her partner professional dancer, Tony Dovolani were sent home after their obvious dismal performance.  Their foxtrot last Monday was given the lowest score by the judges.  Judged Len Goodman said of their performance,

“To be honest, it was a struggle. It lacked fluidity. There was no movement.  It was a dance more suited to the radio. It just wasn’t great to watch.”

Wendy and Tony ended up on the tenth place, getting only 15 points out of 30 from the three judges.

The 46-year old talk show host was very thankful of the opportunity of being part of ABC’s very popular television program.  She said,

“This has been a wonderful opportunity for me.”

Williams had not also forgetten to thank all those people who had helped her at the DWTS.

“I want to thank the judges and I want to thank you, also, Tony, for teaching me how to dance because, you know, I still can’t … because despite stereotypes, this is one black girl who can’t even do ‘the running man,.  With that said, I will do the rest of the talking tomorrow on ‘The Wendy Williams Show.'”

What will be the next thing for Wendy Williams now that she is out of the DWTS?  Wendy shared that she is excited to go back to her normal life, spend time with her family and friends, but most especially with her child.

Last week, it was DJ Mike Catherwood that was sent out.

Left in the cast of Dancing With The Stars Season 12 are Kirstie Alley, Sugar Ray Leonard, Petra Nemcova, Hines Ward, Ralph Macchio, Kendra Wilkinson, Romeo, Chelsea Kane and Chris Jericho.
