Whitney Houston’s Death to be Ruled an Accident

The cause of death on Whitney Houston’s death certificate has been listed as “deferred”, pending the results of toxicology tests done on her body, but a source claims that police are now ready to rule her death as an ‘accident’.

Police investigators are reportedly coming to the end of their investigation but have not found any link between the tragedy and her supposed physicians.

The 48-year-old ‘I Will Always Love You’ singer’s body was found submerged in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel suite on February 11 and a source said, “nothing suspicious” has been found to suggest foul play.

The star’s family, on the other hand, does not believe she died as a result of deliberate action by herself or someone else.

A source adds, “She had no marks on her body whatsoever to indicate a struggle, and she was the furthest thing from trying to kill herself.”

However, the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner refuses to comment as the investigation is still ongoing. Meanwhile, the toxicology report is expected to be with police next week and should confirm whether or not the bottles of prescription pills believed to have been seized from the troubled star’s room played a role in her demise.
