Taylor Swift Reschedules Show Due to Illness


Celebrities, like ordinary people, get those gloomy and unhealthy days too. American country pop singer-songwriter, Taylor Swift is the latest star to join the recovery room.

The 21 year-old blonde musician had to rescheduled her Louisville Kentucky show this past weekend because she was sick. This was a “first” in her entire music career.

Fans were disappointed at first but was, eventually, quick to understand because the singer’s official website explained that it was under doctor’s order.

The Love Story songstress took her disappointment to twitter, apologizing to her fans and promising to make it up to them. Her fans, reciprocating the love and care, sent her their warm regards and #getwelltaylor hastag wishes.

Swift, who briefly dated actor Jake Gyllenhaal, is famous for teeny-romance country songs. She released her first debut single, Tim McGraw, and her first self-titled debut album in 2006. In 2008, Swift release her second album titled Fearless. It won four Grammy Awards at the 52nd Grammy Awards.
The beautiful songstress recently released her third album, Speak Now. It sold 1,047,000 copies in the first week.

Meanwhile, Swift is expected to push through with the next leg of her “Speak Now World Tour 2011”. She will be performing in Charlotte, North Carolina on July 8.
