Seth Macfarlane Honors Mom, Helps Homeless Cats

Oh, so there is still hope for Hollywood. Steering away from the weekly reports on divorce, split, affairs, and out-of-wedlock babies, we have an alert on charity work. Animator Seth MacFarlane has teamed up with the animal rescuer organization Heaven on Earth Society for Animals to help our homeless four legged buddies.

MacFarlane, famous for creating the hit animated sitcoms Family Guy, American Dad! and The Cleveland Show, said his plan to get involve is a tribute to his animal-loving mother, Ann Perry MacFarlane. His mother passed away a year ago after a long battle with cancer. MacFarlane, 37, wishes to honor Ann by doing something meaningful for her — establishing an Animal Sanctuary under her name.

According to reports, the sanctuary, The Perry MacFarlane Sanctuary, will be a cage-free paradise for the vulnerable cats and dogs. Families can also adopt hapless kittens and other friendly critters.

Meanwhile, Ritchie Geisel, the president of the organization was thankful to MacFarlane. “MacFarlane’s generosity will not only allow us to purchase and build a new sanctuary and adoption center, it will allow us to continue our lifesaving work as Perry’s special legacy,” said the likeable Geisel in his official statement.

Thank You Seth and Heaven on Earth Society for Animals for making this world a better place for animals.

Seth is an angel! Good for him. Mila kunis should take a page out of his book and do something other than pose for photo’s and whine about how unfair Hollywood is to female actors. The good ones don’t seem to have a problem. anyway Mila do something good for someone else. You’ve got plenty of money.
