Jennifer Aniston Wants to Re-trace Theatre Roots

Did you know that before Jennifer Aniston became known worldwide as Rachel Green in ‘Friends’ she was a ‘little known’ theatre actress working in small ‘off-broadway’ productions in New York?

Since gaining Hollywood acclaim through ‘Friends’ and of course by being the other half of the Aniston-Pitt power couple, Jennifer has had a string of films to added to her movie resume – the latest being “Horrible Bosses” but she has not completely forgotten her love for the stage.

Recently, Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she would love to return to the stage and re-trace her theatre roots. She is so dead serious in pursuing theatre acting again that she has appealed to her ‘Horrible Bosses’ co-star Kevin Spacey to find her a role on the London stage.

Aniston was quoted as saying, “I started at theatre in New York, in things that aren’t remembered but yeah, I love the theatre and I would love to go back to it. If the right thing presented itself… yes – with Kevin, at the Old Vic.”

Aside from being Aniston’s co-star in the said film, Spacey also happens to be director at the Old Vic theatre in the British capital.
