Rowan ‘Mr. Bean’ Atkinson Shaken But Not Stirred

British actor Rowan Atkinson, more popularly known as his TV character ‘Mr. Bean’, is reportedly ‘shaken but not stirred’ by the recent near-death vehicle accident he had while driving his ‘supercar’, the Mclaren F1.

His agent, Peter Bennett-Jones , was quoted by The Mirror as saying, “I understand he has a fractured shoulder blade which is very painful and why he needed to stay in overnight. He is shaken but not stirred. I think he was in pain and had painkillers.”

“He will be very rattled and I think he’ll want to keep as low profile as possible,” he added.

The car accident is the second Atkinson has had while driving the very same car that has a top speed of 230 mph. The two-million-pounds car was said to have lost control while navigating a wet road before hitting a tree and a road sign then catching fire soon after.

The 56-year-old Atkinson has since been discharged from the local hospital where he was taken.

His agent said the accident took place as the actor drove back home after working on his new film ‘Johnny English Reborn’.
