American Idol Judges Are Intact

All three American Idol judges, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez, are returning for American Idol Season 11.

This development was confirmed by the show’s producer, Nigel Lythgoe, on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, saying, “I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of American Idol are back for the next season.”

According to reports, both Jennifer and Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler have received substantial pay increases to stay on the show.

Sources said, Lopez’ judging fee had been increased to $20 Million from her last year’s take of $12 Million.

If you will recall, as of last month Jennifer admitted that she still did not know if she would return and said she was “on the fence” about it.

Apparently, the price was right, so she has crossed over that fence and decided to stay.

Meanwhile, Ryan Seacrest also confirmed that auditions will be starting in the near future, but the three judges will not be seen on television until January.
