Hugh Jackman Joins Social Networking Sites to Stop Impostors

Australian hunk HUGH Jackman has now officially joined social networking sites to put an ax to his online impostors.

Mr. Wolverine himself has joined Twitter and reluctantly signed up to the status update site and Facebook after being informed of some internet scams involving online impersonators and some of his fans falling into prey thinking that they are following Hugh Jackman.

“I use Twitter now and I also just started Facebook because I was convinced by this company that my agency is involved with who told me, ‘There’s 357 pages for you and one of them has half a million people thinking it’s you talking to them’. So I just want to actually be doing it myself instead of someone else,” Jackman said.

“It’s only right.”

Jackman recently admitted he was initially adamant against acting because he thought people would think he was gay.

“I would love to say I was Billy Elliot, but I wasn’t,” Hugh said. “My dad was like, ‘Terrific,’ but my brother was like, ‘Ah, you poof!’ I was only about 10 or 11, but I remember thinking that this is not a good thing.”
