Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. Settle Out Of Court

It was a bitter separation from the long-running sitcom ‘Two and a Half Men’. A bitter public word and a lawsuit later, Charlie Sheen should be smiling these days.

It has been a rollercoaster ride for the beleaguered actor who was fired from the show early this year for his conduct. Sheen has reportedly been involved with drugs that he has caused delays in production. The 46-year old actor was taken off the show and was replaced by Ashton Kutcher.

Sheen filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. but the case will be dismissed after reaching an out of court settlement. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed but it appears that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Nowadays Sheen has stayed clean and claims that he is a reformed man. At the recent Emmy Awards, the actor said “From the bottom of my heart I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season. We spent eight wonderful years together … and I know you will continue to make great television.”

This should be a brand new start for the actor who clearly has talent. If only he could channel that talent into things more worthwhile.
