In Living Color Reboot On Fox TV?

The early 1990s hit sketch comedy TV show ‘In Living Color’ could be on its way back on the Fox Network. The show that lasted from 1990 to 1994 became an alternative to Saturday Night Live may soon be back on television with its creator Keenan Ivory Wayans as executive producer.

Wayans has not disclosed the lineup of cast members but we can expect a fresh crop of talents who may eventually become big stars on their own in the future.

The show’s humor may have been at times irreverent and over the top but the series undoubtedly helped some of our biggest stars today. One of only two Caucasian cast members was Jim Carrey. Prior to making it big in Hollywood movies, Carrey was a mainstay on the show.

Damon and Marlon were just two of the Wayans brothers who appeared as regulars on ‘In Living Color’. Both Damon and Marlon made hit movies after leaving the show. Aside from the Wayans family, singer-songwriter-producer-actor Jamie Foxx was once a cast member of ‘In Living Color’ in its third season.

The Fly Girls once had dancers who are now recognized in their respective careers. Jennifer Lopez, Rosie Perez and current ‘Dancing With the Stars’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba were the show’s resident dancers called ‘The Fly Girls’.

Expect the show to feature new talents but we may see some of the past stars appear on the show once in a while.
