Amanda Seyfried Stars In “Gone”

The talented Amanda Seyfried has a full schedule in 2012. She stars in the new thriller “Gone” which opens this weekend.

The film revolves around Jill Parrish (Seyfried) who comes home one night to find her sister Molly abducted. Jill believes that her sister was kidnapped by the serial killer that abducted her a year earlier. The police think she is crazy and are not keen on helping her. Jill then sets out on her own in search of her sister.

“Gone” may not have set high expectations but critics have been surprised so far with its fast pace and character portrayal of the lead star.

The stunning actress is also set to appear as former porn star of the 1970s who later turned feminist and anti-porn activist Linda Lovelace in “Lovelace”. Seyfried also appears as Cossette in the movie adaptation of the musical “Les Miserables”.

“Gone” also stars Seyfried’s “Lovelace” co-star Wes Bentley and Jennifer Carpenter.
