Chris Brown Postpones Guyana Concert

Organizer of Guyana Concert has recently reported that American R&B star Chris Brown has cancelled a stadium concert in Guyana after local protest over his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Accordingly, concert promoter Hits & Jams Entertainment said Thursday that Brown backed out, citing discomfort with the protests.

Hits & Jams entertainment, confirmed that Brown has blamed “discomfort with protests” from women’s rights group and opposition lawmakers for the cancellation of the said concert event.

In 2009, Chris Brown hit, choked and bit Rihanna during an altercation in Los Angeles. He pleaded guilty later to assault and underwent conseling.

And since Chris Brown is putting up again and repairing his image to public, he is now undergoing violence counselling and putting out a new album. In fact he has a duet with Rihanna on her recently released record, and there have been reports that the partner are back together.
