According to a Philippines news program, Gutierrez posted another tweet regarding the mentioned “storm” but deleted it hours after. The talent show judge said that she will fight for her children ’til the very end and she’ll do everything to end this issue.

Gutierrez’ former husband, Yilmaz Bektas, a Turkish businessman is the father of the two daughters. The Gutierrez and Bektas had a grandiose wedding ceremony in 2003. The Philippines wedding was attended by celebrities from showbusiness and politics alike. The couple was based in Turkey until Ruffa moved out in 2007 and went back to the Philippines with her two daughters. Ruffa claims to be battered by Yilmaz which lead her to leaving her husband and fleeing from Turkey to her homeland.

Bektas sent an email to GMA Network airing his side on the issue. According to Yilmaz, Ruffa’s rights over the children are questionable because he was not given a chance to explain himself.

In the letter, Bektas states: “How does the court made a decree in favor of Ruffa without giving me the right to defense myself and gave the guardianship right of my children to her?”

He also asserts that he provides financial support to his children. “I always gave my money to my children.”

There was even an instance when he offered $2 million just to see his daughters for a week. He wrote, “I would not have offered 2 millions dollars to Ruffa in order to see my children for 1 week. She requested some time and, after talking to her father and mother, she did not accept this proposal.”

Looks like Yilmaz is now bringing the issue to court. “I need my rights to see my children with the law” he declares.

On Friday, in reaction to a tabloid headline, Ruffa tweeted: “To clear false reports and to pacify my loved ones who are worried: The Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 107 issued a decision last March 11, 2010, signed by presiding Judge Jose L. Bautista Jr. that I, Ruffa Gutierrez, won SOLE CUSTODY of my two daughters while their father, Yilmaz Bektas, was granted visitation rights.”

TV host and actress Ruffa Gutierrez admitted on Tuesday that Shaina Magdayao has called her up at 2 AM, in relations to blind items written about the phone call made by Shaina.

Through a text message, Ruffa said,

“Reallllyy?? Who said?? Yes she called but I was half asleep next to my girls (hellow it was 2am!) so I couldn’t talk. Simply told her that if she had a problem… to go ask JL (John Lloyd) not me. That’s all I’m gonna say Timmie. Pasensiya na. Kaloka!”

Reports said that a verbal confrontation could have ensued but the mother of two took her cool as her daughters were sleeping beside her.

It will be remembered that Ruffa and John Lloyd had a romantic past which the latter had not really admitted.

Is Shaina seemingly spying on John Lloyd?  Is their relationship on the rocks?  John Lloyd is showing his vampire fangs and nocturnal habits, away from Shaina at 2 AM?

Could this be the start of another word war?  Let us wait and see.  It will be more exciting though if Mommy Annabelle will join the fray.  Hahaha!

The alleged scandal videos were that of foreign tourists who were caught on camera making out during New Year’s Eve according to ABS-CBN News. According to the report, one incident was said to have been noticed by some people where two foreigners were making out in the beach.  The other one was that of a topless woman making out with her partner in a grotto in Boracay.

Ruffa said that she found the whole incident tasteless.  As a mother, she is very concerned about the whole issue especially when done in a very popular place like Boracay.  She on an interview with ABS-CBN News,

“Bilang Pinay I’m still very conservative, ayaw ko naman gawin ng mga anak ko yun one day…for me that’s just not right.”

Authorities in Boracay are now reportedly finding ways to prevent any indecent acts to happen public places that would embarass other guests in the island.

This confirmation came about after rumors were circulating that a budding romance is becoming more obvious between the mother of two and the 36-year Venezuelan company executive.

Aside from dating, Cesar Flores and Ruffa G. are also frequently texting.  Ruffa has also admitted that the top honco of the company that facilitated that first ever automatic poll in the Philippines is very sweet and kind-hearted.

“He is a nice guy, very charming, very endearing and…ayun mahilig siyang mag-text. Siya yung bago kong textmate.”

So that means that Sen. Pia Cayetano is out of the picture?

TV5’s “Documentado” once aired a segment about Cesar Flores and Sen. Pia Cayetano seemingly so sweet in the halls of Congress with the lady senator even asking Flores if he swims and exchanged numbers.  The body language can tell all.

Asked about the possibility of a romantic relationship between Sen. Cayetano, Cesar Flores only replied with, “There is love outside politics” and went away with a smile.

So Ruffa G. could be that love outside politics and Pia Cayetano out.

John Lloyd Cruz

After admitting that Shaina Magdayao is his present girlfriend and at the same time had a relationship with Ruffa Gutierrez people were not convinced that John Lloyd was not involved into overlapping his relationship with Shaina and Ruffa.

Now, Ruffa herself admitted that there was an overlap during an interview last Sunday on TV5’s “Paparazzi” with Christy Fermin.

Check out the transcript of the interview especially on the last part where Ruffa admitted and felt that there was indeed an overlap.

Ruffa Gutierrez: Itong pinag-uusapan namin, si John Lloyd. I’m very happy na at least dun sa interview [ni John Lloyd]… Kasi everybody is like waiting for my reaction na ‘Anong masasabi mo na si John Lloyd umamin na sa The Buzz na sila na ni Shaina. Akala nila dun ko lang nalaman, na na-depress ako, nag-iiyak ako. Hello! Nung nalaman ko nga na ikakasal si Yilmaz, hinihintay ko na mag-emotional breakdown ako, na magwala ako, na magkulong ako sa kuwarto, it never happened. Ito pa kaya? Hello! I’m too busy.

And the thing is, I already knew it a long time ago. Kasi kami naman ni JL, very open ang communication namin. So kung may problema on his part or my part, we’re just a phone call away. So, hindi ako na-shock. As a matter of fact, siguro ang reaction ko, siguro just like anyone else—finally, di ba? Especially for me…ma-clear na rin ako. And alam na ng mga tao kung ano yung totoo.

Now, with regards dun sa inamin rin niya na we had a relationship, very special, I’m very happy that he acknowledged that. Kasi pag kaming dalawa lang, he acknowledges it naman. Nakakatuwa yung sa sobrang shock ko, hindi ako…I wasn’t expecting him to say that. Kasi ang usapan namin from the very beginning, was not to talk about it. Pinag-usapan talaga namin na isikreto. Kasi ako naman, even with Yilmaz, everybody found out na lang kung anong ‘itsura niya after the wedding. I’m very private when it comes to my private life.

Yes, we did have special times together. Nakita ninyo, me lumabas ba? Unless we were spotted, nakunan kami ng picture sa States. Tinanggi namin talaga yun. You know, Tita Ethel Ramos called me and she said to me, basahin ko raw ang YES! magazine [July 2010 issue] kasi may feature daw si JL dun. Ayaw naman niyang sabihin kung ano yung sinabi. Basta matutuwa raw ako at tataba talaga ang puso ko.

I’m very thankful to JL na pinakinggan niya yung advice ko. Sabi ko sa kanya, ‘Be a man and be a man of character because yun ang dala-dala mo whether sikat ka in the future or malaos ka one day.’ Hopefully hindi mangyari. You know I always believe in a man of character. And you know, a man who stands by his decision. And alam ko, it’s very difficult for us, the whole of last year.

I’m just so happy na every time he says something about me, it’s always with respect. Kasi yun naman ang agreement namin na when we decided to have our final closure, na walang siraan, don’t say bad things about each other. And I’m very, very thankful and grateful that he’s doing that part of the deal.”

Cristy: Pinagsabay ba kayo ni Shaina?

Ruffa: Sinabi niya, hindi, di ba? Ang alam ko kasi, wala silang commitment. Lately lang sila nagkaroon ng commitment. So if you are not dating someone exclusively, na wala naman kayong formal na commitment sa isa’t isa… depende sa agreement ninyo yun, e, di ba? I know my agreement with JL. And I don’t know what his agreement is with other people.

Cristy: Nag-overlap ba?

Ruffa: Yes. When I found out that they are officially a couple already…inamin naman sa akin ni JL yun. And we tried naman our best to say goodbye finally. Kasi, di ba, normally when you say goodbye, goodbye na talaga? Some cases, that’s really true. But sometimes for some people when you say goodbye, later hello ulit.”

Cristy: Pero kahit inamin na ni John Lloyd kay Ruffa na sila na ni Shaina ay tuloy pa rin naman daw ang communication nilang dalawa. Nagtatawagan pa rin daw sila. Pero nag-decide na rin si Ruffa na itigil na rin ang pakikipag-usap kay John Lloyd.

Ruffa: Gusto ko rin naman kasing respetuhin yung karelasyon niya ngayon.

This came about after John Lloyd admitted (at last!) his rumored relationship with Shaina Magdayao.  But a serious question was raised by Boy Abunda regarding the issue whether his relationship with Shaina and Ruffa Gutierrez (which John Lloyd called a “very special relationship) did overlap.  To this the box-office king quickly denied.

However, people are not convinced yet this because there are people who say that even when John Lloyd and Shaina are already on, the latter is still spotted with Ruffa Gutierrez and is still actively communicating.

Ruffa and John Lloyd most recently were spotted biking together to which Ruffa said “Not true.  We didn’t bike together. In fact, I don’t go biking at all,” but was also caught saying on one TV interview that what they did was at least clean fun.

Others report through their articles online that John Lloyd actually had a hard time choosing between Shaina and Ruffa.

During yesterday’s “The Buzz” segment with TV show host Boy Abunda, John Lloyd admitted that Shaina Magdayao is his new love.

John Lloyd and Shaina were spotted in Singapore last week dining on a restaurant and obviously trying to elude the public eye.

The actor also admitted that he and Ruffa Gutierrez had a “very special relationship” but denied of an overlapping relationship between with Ruffa and Shaina.

He also settled the issue that floated that he had stolen Shaina from John Pratts and he was the very reason of the break-up.

DJ Mo broke the story weeks ago about Ruffa and John Lloyd Cruz seeing each other again.  Both had long been rumored as having a romantic relationship but none of them confirmed it.

This time though, it is Ruffa herself who admitted of the wardrobe glitch even before the media jumped to feast on it.

But before people scrounge for Ruffa’s flesh on the web, the Ruffa Gutierrez wardrobe malfunction incident actually was just that Ruffa told reporters that her dress would not close during the Star Awards for Movies night of which she was one of the hosts.

This resulted to her front looking bustier.  The Pinay actress and beauty queen has this to say;

The comedian is actually being considered to replace Ruffa Gutierrez’s vacant seat on TV showbiz-oriented talk show “The Buzz”.

According to grapevines, Vice Ganda has been shortlisted as possible replacement of Ruffa and may reach the pinnacle of his career as he is to seat with Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino.

Asked for his reaction of this showbiz rumor, Vice said on SNN,

Maganda sumama sa ‘The Buzz.’ Nakaka-level up kaya ‘yun! Ay, go na go

Will he be cautious on throwing off his jokes with Boy Abunda and Kris?
